BUDGET

We will look at your budget per employee and give you a proposal from which several options to choose.

We work with all major carriers to give you the best options available.

CAFETERIA PLAN

We will save you money by implementing a Wingspan Cafeteria Section 125 plan.

This is an IRS pretax savings plan for medical, dental, vision and most supplemental policies.

YOUR PERSONALIZED BENEFIT PACKAGE

Once you have chosen which proposal you would like, if core products are involved,

we will design and produce your benefit package at no charge to you.

CARRIER PAPERWORK

We do all the paperwork, for the carriers, business and employees; saving you time and resources!

ENROLLMENT

We will set with each employee, consult with them, and make sure they do not over-insure or under-insure.

We are not salesmen! We care about you and your employees and consult based on individual need.

PERSONAL ADVOCATE

Each employee will receive our personal cell phone numbers and are available at any time to help them with their

insurance questions. If they have issues at the doctor’s office, or have issues with the carriers, we are there to help!

DEDUCTIONS

We will provide a detailed deduction summary spreadsheet for your payroll company;

at open enrollment and for each new hire.

NEW HIRES / TERMINATIONS

Once you have a new hire or a termination, you let us know and we take it from there! 

This saves you human resource time and dollars. We also send a monthly reminder to whomever you choose.

This helps keep you in compliance and helps you save money by making sure your terminations fall off the invoice.

CLAIMS PROCESS

We file all claims for your employees. You and your employees have access to our office 24/7 to help

with filing their claims and answering any questions they have regarding those claims.

INVOICE MANAGEMENT

Once you have a new hire or termination, we will go online and adjust your invoice monthly accordingly.

SUPPLEMENTS

If you are currently looking at doing just supplemental, there are several ways we can do this to your benefit:


Defined contribution per employee

This means have a specific amount of money you want to contribute to each employee. We have several clients that contribute $50 to $150 per employee, per month. Then the employee can pick and choose whatever policies they want.


Specific Policy

We have many clients that choose to pay for specific policies for their employees. For instance, they will pay for the Hospital, Accident and/or the Short-Term disability for each employee.


Access to Supplemental

Another option is to offer Aflac products to the employees through paycheck deduction. This means giving your employees the option to receive supplemental insurance policies (i.e. Accident, Cancer, Short-Term, etc.) at a group price, on a pretax basis.


All of these options SAVE YOU MONEY. Just by implementing Aflac into your business, you save money by having the Section 125 plan in place. Every dollar your employees spend on pretaxable policies, you do not have to pay payroll tax on and neither do your employees. This lowers the amount both of you pay in taxes, thus saving you money, just by offering Aflac products.
